Colette opens its doors on Fulham Road

Gourmet traiteur and delicatessen takes 862 sq ft space

Sloane Stanley has announced Colette, the new gourmet traiteur and delicatessen, has opened its doors at 315 Fulham Road within a 861 sq ft venue.

The brand champions seasonal home-style cooking and is headed by former Ritz Hotel chef, Chris Hill.  Colette fuses notions of a modern-traditional deli with curated ingredients for the home and kitchen, as well as specially selected fine wines and champagnes, and take-home sustainably sourced produce.

Commenting on the opening, Hannah Grievson, property director at Sloane Stanley commented: “There has been high demand for a deli option on the estate, and the introduction of Colette fulfils this requirement whist adding an exciting new facet to our dining offer. Colette offers visitors the opportunity to take home fine dining quality ingredients in order to create their own culinary delights.”

Dimitri Plaquet, co-founder of Colette added: “We believe we are bringing something slightly different to the area, encompassing both gourmet deli and wine shop functionality, and look forward to becoming an entrenched part of the well-respected food-scene here in Chelsea.”

Miles Commercial and Savills represented Sloane Stanley. Cushman & Wakefield represented Colette.
