Cromwell completes Plymouth Next store

Cromwell Property Group has delivered a new 75,531 sq ft Next Home store on a vacant brownfield site in Plymouth. Designed by Urban Edge Architecture the new £10.2m Next Home is a “destination” store, with marble floors and a 10m high open atrium.

Russell Gay, director at UEA, said: “This is the third new store UEA has completed for Next, after successful projects at Edinburgh and Hanley. Not only is it a great looking building, but it’s also an important new build scheme; a close collaboration between Cromwell Property Group, Next and Plymouth City Council to bring back into use a prominent Plymouth site that has stood derelict for eight years.”
