Retiring John Lewis property director joins Fenwick board
Ex-BCSC president Jeremy Collins is to join Fenwick as property director after 14 years masterminding John Lewis’s expansion programme, which saw the portfolio grow from 24 to 51 stores.
Collins was previously head of retail and project director at Lend Lease and also worked at MEPC, Grosvenor Square Properties, Bredero Properties and Wirral Borough Council. He is building an portfolio of non-executive roles and has already been appointed to the board of Town Centre Securities.
Fenwick’s newly appointed chief executive Robbie Feather said: “I am delighted to have secured someone of Jeremy’s calibre. Jeremy brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to us.”
