New signings for Ram Quarter

Schooner, Mai Thai Deli and Dapper Fox take space at former brewery site

Property developer Greenland has annonuced the signing of Schooner, Mai Thai Deli and Dapper Fox at Ram Quarter in Wandsworth, southwest London – the redevelopment project at old Young’s brewery site.

Schooner – a specialist craft beer bar also serving wines, spirits and a small plates menu – has taken a 20-year lease for a 1,500 sq ft unit on the development’s riverside terrace on the bank of the River Wandle.

Mai Thai Deli, a family-owned business is adding a second 1,050 sq ft restaurant to its portfolio to bring a flavour of traditional southeast Asian cuisine to Wandsworth.

And Dapper Fox, the luxury men’s barber, which offers an ‘indulgent grooming experience’, is opening its second outlet.

Chris Daly, deputy director of commercial at Greenland (UK), said: “Greenland set out to create a genuinely mixed development at Ram Quarter and this latest tranche of deals makes that vision a reality, supporting the distinct consumer offer and balance of day- and night-time uses needed to create a modern, thriving mixed-use scheme.

“We are excited by the independent operators coming in – Schooner, Mai Thai Deli and Dapper Fox are shaking up and setting the standards for their respective fields, and they are the perfect fit with the brands that have already opened their doors on site.”
