O2 F&B offer expands

Butcher and the Farmer makes international debut at the O2

Australian F&B brand Butcher and the Farmer has signed with AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners to make its international debut of at The O2, presenting a farm-to-table concept focused on shared dining in a 6,996-sq ft space with 266 covers. The brand will join the expanding range of restaurants sitting alongside London’s premium outlet shopping destination, Icon Outlet at The O2.

In addition, international bubble tea operator CoCo, is taking a 430 sq ft unit while luxury gelato brand, Snowflake, has also signed for a 700-sq ft unit. Collectively, the brands will take over 8,100 sq ft of space.

Marion Dillon, leasing director for the O2 and Icon Outlet, said: “Securing the international debut for Butcher and the Farmer at The O2, highlights our appeal and trend-led food and beverage offering with some of the most relevant and exciting dining operators in the capital. Joining leading brands CoCo and Snowflake, Butcher and the Farmer will enrich our diverse mix of international cuisine, complementing the unrivalled fashion and leisure offer all under the roof of The O2.”

Lunson Mitchenall and Davis Coffer Lyons are the F&B agents for The O2. CBRE and CWM are the retail leasing agents. TK Retail acted on behalf of CoCo and CWM also represented Snowflake.
