Benson Elliot has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton as the managing agent on the Quedam centre in Yeovil, Somerset.
The Quedam Centre a single-level scheme of 45 retail units, four high street shops and a three-level multi-storey car park with 650 spaces, all within a 7.4-acre town centre site. The scheme recently underwent an extensive reconfiguration and reletting project, which included the creation of news stores H&M and JD Sports and the remodelling of Topshop/Topman and Vodafone stores.
