Real estate advisor has been made joint letting agent for Leeds shopping park
London Metric has instructed international real estate advisor Savills as joint letting agent at Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park in Leeds, working alongside Avison Young and Morgan Williams.
The appointment sees Savills bring to market 10,109 sq ft of retail space at unit 8 of the scheme, located within the former M&S store.
