Wingstop and Gregg’s complete split former Giraffe unit
Shelley Sandzer has acted on behalf of landlord Landsec in deals which see US chicken wing concept, Wingstop, and the bakery chain, Greggs, split the former Giraffe unit at Bluewater.
The two signings maintain the occupancy rate of 100 per cent for F&B units within Bluewater’s Winter Garden.
Wingstop will be opening its third UK restaurant, and first outside London, this spring in a 2,470 sq ft restaurant. Greggs will occupy a 550 sq ft back of house production kitchen.
