Grosvenor Europe has announced the appointment of 360Retail to work with CBRE on the lease consultancy for Liverpool One.

360Retail is a newly launched business created by Peter Wrigley, a former senior director in CBRE’s lease consultancy business.

Wrigley has been involved in Liverpool One since 2010, providing strategic advice to the leasing team and successfully guiding Grosvenor through rent review and lease expiry programmes on retail, restaurants and leisure premises.

Commenting on the news, Alison Clegg, director of asset management, Grosvenor Europe, said: “Liverpool One’s success is due in no small part to the strength and capabilities of the team.  As we navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead, we are delighted to continue working with Peter, benefitting from his insight and experience.”

Peter Wrigley, founder of 360Retail, added: “The continued success of Liverpool One through this unprecedented market is testament to the proactive approach taken by the Grosvenor asset management team, and the expertise, dedication, and commitment of the wider project team.  I am delighted to be able to continue to be a part of the Liverpool ONE success story through 360Retail alongside CBRE.”
