The Lexicon has announced that The Real Greek and Crew Clothing will be joining the scheme recently refurbished scheme.

The Real Greek, which is set to occupy a 3,659-sq ft unit, will bring its trademark Eastern Mediterranean food offering. The restaurant will open on 12 Eagle Lane.

Crew Clothing open a 600-sq ft store featuring its brand of British-inspired casual and sporting wear with a pop-up on Bracknell Walk.

The 200,000 sq ft shopping centre recently underwent a multi-million pound remodel into a modern, light, bright and airy centre, housing new retailers, as well as giving current retailers a new facade.

Harry Pickering, Head of UK Retail at Schroders, commented: “Since opening in 2018, The Lexicon has defied a challenging retail environment to continue going from strength to strength. These latest signings of The Real Greek and Crew Clothing at The Lexicon … tick a lot of boxes for the centre’s retail, F&B, and leisure offerings.”

Nabil Mankarious, Managing Director at The Real Greek, commented: “We have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed sustained demand for our authentic Greek food and drink at our restaurants across the country and The Lexicon is a brilliant location for our next restaurant.”

The joint agents for The Lexicon, Bracknell are CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall.
