    Redevco appoints Elsbeth Quispel as Head of innovation

    Redevco, one of Europe’s largest privately-owned real estate investment managers, appointed Elsbeth Quispel in the newly created role of Head of Innovation.

    She will be reporting to recently appointed Redevco Board Member Marrit Laning, who is responsible for Strategy & Innovation. Quispel will be driving the company’s PropTech strategy and broader innovation journey.

    Marrit Laning, chief strategy and innovation officer at Redevco said: “We are delighted to welcome Elsbeth on board. With her massive experience in the area of strategy and innovation she will be able to build our capabilities to use new technologies and innovative concepts to support Redevco fulfil its mission to help cities become more sustainable and liveable places.”

    Elsbeth Quispe commented on her new role: “The timing to start this newly created role in Redevco could not be better. Cities are required to become more digital and more sustainable and Redevco wants to play a major part in this transition.

    “As I am passionate about both innovation and sustainability, I am looking forward to engage with the various teams in Redevco to see how we can drive change and make a positive impact in the locations where the company is invested.”

    Before joining Redevco Elsbeth worked at Cushman & Wakefield where she acted as Head of Real Estate Strategy & Innovation for the past 5 years.  Prior to that Elsbeth was Head of Sustainability / Managing Director, ESG and Real Estate at GRESB.
