Trafford Centre has announced the opening of its new L’OCCITANE boutique.  After seven years away, the brand will resume its residency at the destination, located in a premium position in the heart of the Main Dome.

Opening on July 20, the store will feature a new perfume atelier table and Refill Fountain, allowing customers to refill their empties. Launched in 2019 and rolling out into stores, L’OCCITANE’s Refill Fountains are part of the brand’s efforts to reduce plastic waste and create products and programmes respectful of people and nature.

Avril O Sullivan, retail director for L’OCCITANE UK & Ireland, said, “L’OCCITANE is delighted to return to Trafford Centre with our latest store concept which celebrates nature being at the heart of everything that we do .We look forward to welcoming customers new and existing to experience a moment of delight with our iconic Shea butter, Almond and Immortelle ranges and to join us on your journey and commitment to sustainability with our refill fountain and in store recycle programme.”

Russell Loveland, director of UK Asset Management at Pradera Lateral, asset manager of Trafford Centre, said, “We are delighted to welcome the return of L’OCCITANE to Trafford Centre.  It is a unique and much-loved brand that brings something different to the cluster of affordable luxury stores in our Main Dome area.  L’OCCITANE’s presence is evidence that our leasing approach and development of Trafford Centre is progressing well and we look forward to their ongoing success with us.”
