GO Outdoors, part of the JD Outdoors group, has announced the opening of a new unit at The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham. This new location, taking over the former Wilko space, spans 20,000sq ft which means it will be able to offer an enhanced shopping experience, with a broader range of outdoor gear, clothing and equipment all under one roof.

GO Outdoors’ arrival at The Brewery Quarter aligns with the centre’s culture of promoting a fun and active lifestyle thanks to the presence of F45, Everlast, Flight Club, Hollywood Bowl and Mulligans Golf.

Lee Bagnall, GO Outdoors CEO said “We are thrilled to be opening our new store at The Brewery Quarter. This move allows us to provide an even greater range of products and services to our customers in Cheltenham. We believe that the new location, with its fantastic facilities and focus on leisure, is an ideal fit for our brand and supports our purpose of ‘inspiring and equipping everyone for life outdoors’. We look forward to becoming an integral part of the community here.”

Dominic Brady, partner of letting agent KLM Real Estate said “The Brewery Quarter has become an exceptional destination, and we’re delighted to welcome GO Outdoors to this prime High St  location. Their commitment to offering a comprehensive range of outdoor products complements the existing retail, leisure and fitness venues perfectly, creating an even more attractive destination for visitors.”

Nikki Kontarines, director of Martin Commercial Properties, the managing agents of The Brewery Quarter, added “We are excited to welcome GO Outdoors to The Brewery Quarter. Their presence enhances our offering and underscores our dedication to promoting a vibrant, active lifestyle. With GO Outdoors joining our mix of retailers, fitness, and entertainment venues, their addition means the scheme is now 99% let and helps make us the premier destination for leisure and entertainment in Cheltenham.”
