Fashion footwear specialist OFFICE has officially opened its latest store in centre:mk. The new store marks a return to the city following OFFICE’s closure of its previous store in Midsummer Place and joins centre:mk’s extensive line-up of leading international fashion brands, including Mango, Reiss and Mint Velvet.

Located on centre:mk’s popular Midsummer Arcade, OFFICE’s new 5,400sq ft store showcases the brand’s extensive range of women’s, men’s and kid’s footwear collections.

Continuing to build strong momentum, centre:mk’s OFFICE store joins the new regional debut for premium performance sportswear brand, Castore and leads the way for a host of autumn new store launches within centre:mk, including British womenswear brand, Mint Velvet.

Kevin Duffy, centre:mk’s centre director, commented: “As the latest brand to open at the centre, OFFICE’s launch signals a significant vote in confidence in centre:mk. The brand’s return to the city spotlights our standing as the go-to location for leading retailers, a position bolstered by the best-in-class brands that continue to invest in the destination.”

As part of the OFFICE’s commitment to be more conscious, any own-brand products damaged in-store are to be re-used, re-purposed or recycled, an initiative that perfectly alighns with centre:mk’s own waste reduction and corporate social responsibility (CSR), which has resulted in 100% diversion from landfill. Going above and beyond in all areas of CSR, centre:mk has recently been awarded a Gold International CSR Excellence Award, for the destinations community art installation, ‘The Place Between’.

FMX and Time Retail Partners acted for centre:mk. CBRE represented OFFICE.
