A senior consultant has been appointed to LSH’s specialist Town Centre and Economic Regeneration (TCER) team. Based out of its Bristol and Cardiff offices, Christine Reeves will assume responsibility for growing LSH’s business across the South West and Wales, building on recent retail planning and town centre commissions, including for Blaenau Gwent, Ceredigion, Powys, West Devon and Dorset Councils.

Reeves is a chartered town planner with over 40 years’ experience advising the public and private sectors on retail, leisure and town centre policy and development.

She has considerable experience of preparing and appraising evidence-based economic capacity and impact assessments, market research and sequential site appraisals to help support both plan-making and planning applications. She has also successfully acted as Expert Witness at many Inquiries and Local Plan Examinations for local authorities, developers, investors and occupiers.

Dr Steven Norris, national head of LSH’s Planning, Regeneration + Infrastructure (PR+I) consultancy business, said: “Having known Christine on a professional and personal level for nearly 20 years, I have no doubt that she is genuinely one of the best and most knowledgeable retail and commercial planners around. I look forward to working with Christine to grow our business and client base across the South West and Wales”.
