The Liberty Romford, the shopping destination owned and operated by Redical, has announced that global jewellery and accessories retailer, Lovisa, has signed for a 915sq ft location, which is due to open in June.

Joining the likes of H.Samuel, Pandora and Swarovski, Lovisa will stock its extensive range of necklaces, earrings and rings, as well as piercing facilities.

Daniel Tucker, leasing manager at The Liberty Romford said: “The signing of Lovisa marks the next stage in our elevation of The Liberty Romford. We look forward to welcoming what we know will be a popular addition to the destination and have no doubt that Lovisa will deliver an extensive and essential selection in response to our evolving consumer needs.”

This signing follows the recent announcement of leading developer, HUB, being appointed to deliver the next phase in the transformation of The Liberty Romford, which could include the introduction of residential accommodation to the site. This is part of a phased approach to strengthen the retail mix, while also driving the regeneration of the surrounding area.

Cushman & Wakefield and Green & Partners acted for The Liberty Romford, whilst Savills represented Lovisa.
