Meadowhall has announced a trio of new retail leases. AllSaints and Tommy Hilfiger have recommitted with significant investment, while Oliver Bonas has joined the destination, with what will be its largest store in the North.

Oliver Bonas’ new  3,590sq ft space opposite Flannels will open in the coming weeks. The flagship will be fitted out with Oliver Bonas’ new design concept, with an external green tiled frontage and modern interior.

AllSaints has relocated on the destination’s Upper Level High Street, in an updated 3,252sq ft store. The enhanced space allows for a greater product range, within the brand’s new store design concept.

On Meadowhall’s Lower Level, adjacent to Oliver Bonas, Tommy Hilfiger will be refitting its 2,462sq ft store. The new-look space will stock menswear, womenswear and childrenswear with the elevated interior set to feature the brand’s staple colour palette and wood furnishings.

This commitment follows Meadowhall’s best Easter Weekend since 2018, with Easter Sunday the busiest on record. The destination welcomed over 223,000 visitors over the four-day weekend, increasing by 4.4% compared to 2024.

Richard Crowther, retail leasing director at British Land, said: “The continued investment in Meadowhall, and our understanding of market trends, are two key reasons why brands have the destination so high on their list for the latest store concepts, meaning our visitors constantly have an experience reflective of the country’s best-of-the-best in retail. Oliver Bonas is a prime addition to the tenant mix and AllSaints and Tommy Hilfiger are the latest in a long line of leading brands to recommit and invest in Meadowhall.”

This latest announcement follows the news that Meadowhall secured a trio of deals with JD, Superdrug and Ann Summers growing to a combined 42,278sq ft. Nearly trebling its presence within the destination, JD is upsizing by taking five adjacent units, while Superdrug is relocating and set to open one of its largest stores in the country in late May.
