Catella APAM, the specialist UK real estate asset and investment manager, has announced the opening of Mowgli at Chantry Place, Norwich, adding a new dining experience to the city centre.

Mowgli has taken a 4,100sq ft unit fronting Chantry Square, bringing its take on Indian home-style cooking and immersive interiors to one of the East of England’s most popular retail destinations.
Founded by Nisha Katona MBE, Mowgli is known for its vibrant street food, iconic Chat Bombs and distinctive design inspired by Katona’s ancestral home in Varanasi.

Nathan Reidy, associate director at Catella APAM, said: “Mowgli’s opening is a fantastic addition to our dining offer and reflects our ongoing commitment to introducing high-quality brands that resonate with our visitors. It’s another step in delivering a diverse and engaging line-up for Chantry Place.”
The arrival of Mowgli also brings with it the charitable spirit of The Mowgli Trust, which has raised over £2.6m for local and international causes. In Norwich, the restaurant will support East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices through dedicated fundraising initiatives led by the team.
Catella APAM continues to invest in enhancing the customer experience at Chantry Place, with Mowgli joining a series of recent lettings that are said to be redefining the scheme as a leading retail and leisure destination in the region.
