Savills has advised landlord West 12 Investments Ltd in signing Fever, the global live entertainment discovery platform, for a circa 7,000sq ft unit at W12 Shopping Centre in Shepherd’s Bush, London.

The new signing will bolster the tenant mix at the W12 Shopping Centre, which offers 311,000sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation, and a 221-space car park. The convenience-led scheme is located directly opposite Shepherd’s Bush station with anchor tenants including Lidl, Sainsbury’s and The Gym Group, and Popeyes having recently opened.

Fever inspires over 300 million people every month to discover the best experiences in over 40 countries. Fever’s portfolio includes Fever Originals, featuring events such as Candlelight Concerts, The Jazz Room and Prison Island, a new action game arriving in London this month.

Carlene Hughes, head of UK, restaurants and leisure at Savills, comments: “Savills is committed to supporting our client to attract  high-quality tenants that complement the centre’s existing offer and enhances its role within the local community. The addition of new and experiential offers such as Fever not only diversifies the mix but also adds long-term value to W12 Shopping Centre as a destination for both lifestyle and leisure.”
