Redical, owner and operator of The Liberty Romford, has announced that Costa Coffee is due to launch a new outlet at the destination.

The 4,096sqft space will feature 90 covers, and is expected to open soon.

Daniel Tucker, leasing manager at The Liberty Romford, said: “We are always looking for ways to enhance our community offer at The Liberty Romford, whether it’s across retail, leisure or F&B. We are proud of our ability to attract some of the UK’s leading brands to the centre, and the signing of such a large Costa Coffee outlet is testament to this.”

Simon Carr, acquisition manager, at Costa Coffee, added: “At the very heart of Romford, The Liberty Romford’s diverse tenant mix resonates with the local community and pinpoints it as a prime location for us to serve our Nation’s Favourite coffee with heart. We look forward to opening shortly, and to delivering a space where people can meet, take time out and enjoy their coffee.”

Costa Coffee’s commitment to The Liberty Romford follows a series of high-impact signings in recent months including Kids Play Village, Gootopia, Pret a Manger and Moana Poke Bowl.

Green & Partners and Cushman & Wakefield acted for Redical, while RAB Retail represented Costa Coffee.
