Cribbs, the South West’s leading retail and leisure destination, has announced that Honest Burgers has become the latest addition to its F&B line-up.

The popular burger chain has agreed to occupy the c.3,000sqft former GBK unit on the second floor of Cribbs Mall.

The arrival of Honest Burgers continues the evolution of Cribbs’ F&B line-up following the arrival of Pizza Express last year as it caters for its fast growing GenZ audience, which grew by 13% in 2025.

The British burger brand creates its burgers from scratch in its own butchery, which are always served with homemade rosemary chips. As well as its classic beef burgers, Honest Burgers offers popular smash burgers, chicken and plant-based burgers, along with a local and seasonal special, winning the brand a broad following.

Honest Burgers joins an F&B line-up at Cribbs which also boasts favourites Wagamama, Nandos, Chopstix, Itsu, Patisserie Valerie and Slim Chickens to ensure there is something for everyone visiting the retail destination.

Iain Minto, senior director, asset management at Sovereign Centros by CBRE, said: “Honest Burgers is a great addition to our F&B line-up and is perfect for our growing younger shopper demographic. Last year 36% of our visitors were younger shoppers – above the 30% national average, highlighting Cribbs’ popularity among younger generations thanks to our ability to offer a full day out retail and leisure experience.

“Honest Burgers provides an excellent and innovative dining experience which has allowed it to expand across the country and become a popular brand with younger audiences. Brands such as Honest Burgers are queuing up to join the Cribbs line-up as they look to tap into our vast visitor base which draws in visitors from across the region. We therefore look forward to expanding our F&B offering over the coming year with more new arrivals on the horizon.”

Emma Sherwood-Smith, chief commercial officer, Honest Burgers, said: “Bristol has always been an important city for Honest Burgers, so opening our third restaurant here feels incredibly special. Since launching in 2011, we’ve focused on serving great British beef, homemade rosemary chips and locally sourced ingredients, and Cribbs Causeway is an exciting destination for us to bring that Honest experience to even more people. We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces.”

Sovereign Centros from CBRE provide full asset management services across Cribbs on behalf of M&G Real Estate, while Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are retained letting agents for the centre, with Green & Partners retained in the leasing advisory role.
