    Trevor Gomm joins Castlepoint

    Castlepoint in Bournemouth has announced the appointment of Trevor Gomm as operations manager, bringing with him over 22 years of experience in retail operations and brand partnerships. Gomm joins Castlepoint from his previous role as operations manager at Princesshay Exeter, where he was responsible for delivering operational excellence and creating trusted partnerships with retailers.

    Owned by a joint venture between Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Delancey, and managed by Savills, Castlepoint is ranked number two in the Top 10 Retail Parks in the longstanding Trevor Wood report 2025 and ranked number one within the top Shopping Parks. The scheme boasts over 670,000sq ft retail space and major anchor tenants including M&S, Sainsbury’s, Asda, B&Q and Next, and experienced a strong start to Q2 with footfall over Easter increasing 16% on 2024.

    Gomm’s appointment comes at an exciting time as Castlepoint’s asset management team continues to deliver an enhanced, diverse tenant mix to meet the demands shopper demand. The major South Coast retail destination recently welcomed Mango, Rituals and specialist kitchenware store, ProCook and received three national awards for recent marketing and placemaking efforts including its Christmas event, ‘Festive Flight’ and wellness initiative in partnership with Dorset Mind, ‘Chatty Benches’.
