On April 5 and 6, centre:mk hosted the return of the region’s largest indoor fashion and beauty event at Middleton Hall, with its most successful show to date. The two-day, bi-annual Fashion Weekend welcomed over 119,000 visitors, a 5.6% uplift in footfall versus 2024 and 16.3% uplift in Middleton Hall specifically. Mirroring the impressive rise in footfall, centre:mk also saw a strong reported sales increase of 5.3% across the whole centre.

A highlight of centre:mk’s active 150-day events calendar, the free Spring Fashion Weekend featured 35 of the destination’s leading line-up of labels, with models and dancers presenting the season’s newest trends across fashion, health and beauty. Visitors enjoyed catwalk shows, pop-ups and exclusive offers from the centre’s partnering brands including John Lewis & Partners, H Beauty, Mint Velvet, M&S, Next, River Island, Mango, Reiss and Jigsaw. Between shows, shoppers received styling advice from TV fashion expert Annaliese Dayes, as well as beauty masterclasses by leading artists from Dior, Givenchy and Hourglass.

Kevin Duffy, centre:mk’s centre director, commented: “centre:mk’s two Fashion Weekends are a highlight in our events calendar for a number of reasons. Not only is it the region’s biggest indoor fashion experience creating additional reasons for customers to visit or extend an existing trip to centre:mk, but crucially, it also demonstrates to brands our active commitment to driving spend and footfall in stores. Our ability to deliver large scale, successful activations time and time again is no small feat and I’m proud of what the team has achieved.”
