    Commercialisation provider Forum RCP

has been appointed by LaSalle Investment Management to manage the commercialisation of The Glades, Bromley and Golden Square, Warrington. They have also been appointed to The Broadwalk, Edgware, by new owners Ballymore.

These new centres are a follow the addition of Eldon Square in Newcastle upon Tyne to Forum’s portfolio at the end of last year.

Other centres added in the last month include Carillon Court, Loughborough, Kennet Shopping in Newbury, The Moor Sheffield, Captain Cook Shopping Centre in Middlesbrough and Maybird Shopping Park, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Kathryn Ling, managing director, said: “We are delighted to come out of an extraordinary year with such positive news. We have worked hard to maintain service levels and assist all our landlords and retailers over the last 12 months, and I believe that our good reputation has helped us to win more business.

“We have gained some premier shopping centres, and we have been able to recruit some very experienced staff to assist us as we grow, adding to a very capable and enthusiastic team that is already well-established in the industry.

“We are looking forward to working with all the new centres as well as increasing revenues for our existing portfolio, and we are approaching the coming 12 months with a great deal of confidence. We expect business to grow substantially, as retail returns to the levels that we are used to, and we are ready to take on the growth that we are experiencing.”
