Redical, the real estate owner and operator of The Liberty Romford, has announced that grab-and-go concept, Moana Poke Bowl, has opened its second London location at the destination.
Opening in a newly built 226sq ft kiosk at the heart of the centre, outside JD and Superdrug, the Hawaiian-inspired concept has brought with it a matching aesthetic and a menu of signature bowls and build-your-own options. The kiosk also serves a selection of milk and fruit bubble tea.
This innovative use of space has also allowed the destination to extend its dining offer, with Moana Poke Bowl joining the likes of Pret, Super Sushi and Black Sheep Coffee.
Dan Tucker, leasing manager, Redical said: “The mark of any successful mixed-use destination is a strong F&B offer, and the addition of Moana Poke Bowl is a great step towards this for The Liberty Romford. From listening to our customer base we know there is a great demand for grab-and-go, and the launch of Moana Poke Bowl’s second London site not only satisfies this but also showcases an innovative use of space that further enlivens the destination.”
Abdullah Stanikzai, director of Moana Poke Bowl, said: “On the road to expansion, destinations with a high footfall and loyal local following are incredibly desirable, therefore launching our second London location at The Liberty Romford was an easy decision. We are confident that our selection of poke bowls and bubble tea will appeal to a far-reaching audience.”
The announcement follows the news that the UK’s leading slime-making attraction, Gootopia, launched at the destination last month, extending The Liberty Romford’s family-friendly leisure offer.
