Over the past 12 months leading East Midlands retail and leisure destination, Derbion, announced 215,919sq ft of new lettings across the shopping centre welcoming a host of new brands. In 2025, Derbion announced a 40,000sqft letting to Primark, which will relocate to the shopping centre in 2027, meanwhile international fashion brands Victoria’s Secret, Seasalt, Crew Clothing and Luke 1977 all opened stores, helping to evolve its fashion line-up.
