Sava Estates has instructed Shepherd Chartered Surveyors to bring to market vacant retail space at Abbeygate Shopping Centre in Arbroath for lease.
The established city centre shopping centre benefits from excellent public transport links and is home to such household-name retailers as Greggs, Home Bargains, Poundland, Baird Pharmacy and Specsavers. Its car park provides 200 spaces.
Recently purchased by Sava Estates, the centre is set to undergo a comprehensive overhaul and refurbishment. There is presently a number of retail and office premises ranging in size from 868–5,300sq ft available to rent.
