Grosvenor Shopping, Northampton, has partnered with Clearhill to deliver a refreshed leisure experience for visitors.

Facilitated by commercialisation agency, This is Flourish, the agreement brings Grosvenor’s leisure offering under a single, experienced operator, to enhance the customer experience.

Well known for its family focus – from fairy-tale character meet-and-greets to community competitions and seasonal events – Grosvenor continues to prioritise experiences that bring people together. The partnership with Clearhill builds on this ethos, with the introduction of Fun Wellness massage chairs and the arrival of the  FunHub Kiosk, a digital entertainment concept designed with families in mind.

Callum Clifford, regional manager at This Is Flourish, said: “Our goal is to provide a seamless and engaging experience for every visitor, and this partnership with Clearhill is a key part of that strategy.

“Clearhill’s reliability, innovation, and ongoing product refreshes made them the right partner to help us deliver even more for our community.”

This collaboration also highlights the strength of Clearhill’s long-standing relationship with This is Flourish, reinforcing the value of partnerships that connect shopping centres with trusted operators.

Danny Evans, head of partnerships at Clearhill, added: “We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Grosvenor Shopping Northampton. By offering a single point of contact for both FunHub and Fun Wellness, we can offer a streamlined solution that delights families, supports the centre’s vision, and creates measurable value.”
