KLM Real Estate has been appointed by Landsec as joint leasing agents on Xscape Milton Keynes, Xscape Yorkshire and Tower Park, Poole – three of the UK’s leading leisure‑anchored destinations.

The parks are home to a wide range of leisure, competitive socialising, cinema and F&B operators, complemented by retail uses. Together they attract in excess of 12 million people annually,

    • Xscape Milton Keynes (c420,000sq ft) houses key anchors including Snozone, Cineworld, Hollywood Bowl, Gravity Active alongside a strong hospitality offer.
    • Xscape Yorkshire (c430,000sq ft) features operators such as Snozone, Vue and Gravity Trampoline, plus a varied dining and family leisure line‑up.
    • Tower Park, Poole (c300,000sq ft) is a regionally dominant leisure park with Vue, Hollywood Bowl, Splashdown Waterpark and a cluster of national restaurant brands.

KLM Real Estate will target new leisure, F&B and complementary uses capitalising on the sustained demand for experiential and mixed‑use destinations, working alongside CBRE and the Landsec team.

Oli Marcroft at KLM Real Estate, said: “These instructions underline our capability at the forefront of the leisure property sector. Each of these schemes has strong anchors and a diverse mix of operators. We look forward to working with Landsec and CBRE to assist with broadening the tenant offer and driving value of these assets.”

The instruction strengthens KLM Real Estate’s presence in the UK leisure and alternative real estate sectors, following other high‑profile mandates across major regional and London schemes.
