Commercialisation agency extends contract with Blackrock and Workman

Access Point has been appointed as the exclusive commercialisation partner for Putney Exchange shopping centre, which is located on Putney High Street in the heart of one of South West London’s most affluent areas.

Putney Exchange is home to Waitrose, Jo Jo Maman Bebe, Gap, L’Occitane, Oliver Bonas, Smiggle and Waterstones among other brands. The high-end shopping and leisure destination also includes an eclectic mix of independent retailers and an impressive food and drink offer.

As part of the commercialisation brief, Access Point has been tasked by Workman and BlackRock with maximising income potential for the shopping centre, while also introducing the right mix of brands and promotional partners to appeal to shoppers in the catchment area.

David Robertshaw, CEO at Access Point, said: “Putney Exchange is a vibrant retail and leisure destination, which is in a prime location for attracting visitors with a high disposable income, particularly those with young families. We are looking forward to introducing a range of high-end brands and activities that will really tick the right boxes with the demographic of the local area.”

Access Point is also the exclusive commercialisation agency for Clifton Down shopping centre in Bristol, another retail and leisure destination in the Workman and BlackRock portfolio. In addition, the specialist commercialisation firm works with a number of retail and leisure destinations across the country including Star City in Birmingham, Woking Shopping Centre and Princes Quay Shopping Centre in Hull
