CBRE Investment Management has welcomed neighbourhood café and coffee roasters, Saint Espresso, to its mix at flagship London location Angel Central, joining its first-ever café on Pentonville Road in Islington.

Situated in the glass-fronted kiosk within the central plaza of Angel Central, Saint Espresso has been specifically chosen to complement the offer at the community-led retail and leisure destination and will include additional outdoor seating.

Commenting on the opening, asset manager at CBRE Investment Management, Ciara Daffy, said: “Saint Espresso is a fantastic addition to Angel Central, not only does it bring our new look central plaza to life, but we are pleased to be able to provide a home for a local independent brand wanting to expand in the area and alongside our current retailers, restaurants and leisure offer. We look forward to seeing the local community utilise this central hub when visiting Angel Central.”

Leon Zadeh, Founder of Saint Espresso, added: “The location within the heart of Angel Central provides our brand with a perfect space to share our offer with local residents and new visitors alike. We worked closely with the destination to deliver our second site in the area.  Being brand new, the café design is totally unique, providing a retreat from daily life and a time to reflect alongside great company.”

Saint Espresso dealt direct. CBRE and CWM represent Angel Central for both retail and leisure enquiries.
