Gym operator targets 250 openings in two years
Anytime Fitness, the UK’s leading fitness franchise, has appointed CBRE to advise on all property acquisitions across the UK. The health and fitness franchise currently has more than 150 clubs in the UK with plans to open 400 gyms by the end of 2020.
The partnership will support Anytime Fitness’ objective to become the UK’s largest fitness operator, and CBRE will provide property search and transaction management services for franchisees.

In addition, the appointment reflects a flexible new offering that we can provide to clients in today’s evolving retail landscape.”
