Bluewater renews and extends contract with Incentive FM

Independent facilities management company Incentive FM has secured a new five-year contract with Bluewater, Kent. Under the terms of the contract, Incentive FM will continue to deliver a full portfolio of security, cleaning, M&E, concierge, landscaping, management and administration services at Bluewater which covers 240 acres.

Incentive FM has a long affiliation with Bluewater, working in the early days prior to the centre opening as FM consultant and advisor to the landlords and provided full services at Bluewater for the last three years.

Bluewater’s senior general manager Robert Goodman said: “Incentive FM has thoroughly impressed us with its ability to consistently deliver an exceptional level of service throughout our relationship. Their commitment, expertise and ability to adapt to meet our needs, providing a value-driven service, combined with their dedication to staff welfare, made them the perfect company to continue to deliver services at Bluewater.”

Bruce McDonnell, Managing Director at Incentive FM, said: “We completely understand the infrastructure in place and what is required to provide a range of world-class services that deliver the perfect guest experience. We are extremely proud of our achievements at Bluewater and we look forward to continuing to develop this relationship for many successful years to come.”
