Oliver Bonas to open at Redevco’s Hanningtons Estat
Oliver Bonas has signed a 10-year lease on a 3,295-sq ft store across ground floor and basement on Brighton’s North Street. Part of Redevco’s redeveloped Hanningtons Estate, the brand’s new showroom will be close to Habitat, Watches of Switzerland, Flying Tiger and Cath Kidston.
Habitat opened its flagship city centre store in November and Watches of Switzerland will also be opening this Spring. Work is due to be completed on Hanningtons Lane, which sits behind North Street, in April.
Andrew Foulds, portfolio director at Redevco said: “Our vision for the North Street element of Hanningtons Estate was to extend the premium retail offer already found in East Street and we are delighted to welcome Oliver Bonas into the fold. This Estate is a carefully curated mix of the very best high street and independent brands. We can’t wait to see the stores open in just a few months.”
