Grosvenor has announced that German premium fashion brand, BOSS, will be relocating and upsizing its store at Liverpool ONE. Taking a new, prominent space on Paradise Street, the 13,500sq ft flagship BOSS store marks a 130% upsize in total trading area and is a strong vote of confidence in the destination from a leading international brand.

The upsized Liverpool ONE space is set to open in early 2023, alongside Tessuti’s new flagship on Paradise Street.

Rob Deacon, senior asset manager, Grosvenor, commented: “Securing the relocation and upsize of BOSS at Liverpool ONE is a key moment for us, particularly as it evidences yet more commitment to the destination from a premium, international brand. We’re proud to be experiencing sustained demand from the very best names, cementing our position as one of the UK’s leading retail and leisure destinations. We look forward to witnessing BOSS’ continued success at Liverpool ONE.”

BOSS’ upsized store will join a strong roster of retail brands that have opened over the course of 2022 at Liverpool ONE, including Tessuti, Russell & Bromley and Charlotte Tilbury, which launched its latest ‘Beauty Wonderland’ at the destination, marking its first store outside of London and first UK opening in six years.

Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool ONE. CBRE acted for HUGO BOSS.
