Grosvenor Europe has announced the signing of a locally based dining concept, Boujee Restaurant & Bar, at Liverpool One.

It will be the brand’s first-ever site and flagship and is scheduled to launch on 3 December at Liverpool One’s Kenyon Steps, subject to the lift of lockdown restrictions.

Spanning a 9,600 sq ft unit set across two floors, Boujee will bring an experiential atmosphere in the evening, serving a range of sharing plates, sushi, signature cocktails, champagne and signature drinks.

Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Grosvenor Europe, added: “We are committed to maintaining a strong mix of independent operators alongside national brands at Liverpool One.  As a new local concept, Boujee will certainly be one that draws in visitors from all across the North West as well as tourists from further afield, once Covid-19 restrictions ease.”

Lystra Adams, a Boujee investor, also commented on the signing: “Boujee is a vibrant, trend-driven concept packed with personality and truly has something for everyone. The process of choosing the location of Boujee’s first site was very selective, but Liverpool One really stood out.”

Metis Real Estate Advisors and Savills acted for Liverpool ONE.  Boujee dealt directly.
