Brewdog, the Scottish brewery and pub operator which recently signed a 15-year lease at Basingstoke destination Festival Place opened for business on 8 April.
The bar venue, which will bring a craft beer offering to Festival Place, is housed on Festival Square located near the East entrance of the centre and features an industrial design achieved through reclaimed materials.
Russell Jewell, head of private equity funds at AEW, said: “The arrival of a flagship brand like Brewdog is a strong endorsement of Festival Place’s evolving F&B offer and will be a welcome addition to our varied roster of operators in that category.”
Joint agents for Festival Place are Lunson Mitchenall and Cushman & Wakefield. CBRE is the managing agent for the centre.
