    Caffe Concerto signs up for The Yards

    Longmartin Properties Ltd has announced the signing of Italian restaurant, Caffè Concerto for 143 Long Acre, at the entrance to Covent Garden and restaurant destination, The Yards.

    Spanning three floors, and catering to 180 covers, Caffè Concerto has selected the 4,000 sq ft flagship unit for its latest London eatery, joining the brand’s extensive portfolio across London, Birmingham and the Middle East.

    Designed by an in-house team, Caffè Concerto will bring together creative elements of the brand’s existing stores to create an opulent interior and will house the brand’s integral components, a feature bar, chandeliers, velvet upholstery and brass detailing.

    Stephano Borjak, director at Caffè Concerto said: “As a spacious and prominent space with visibility from three facades, 143 Long Acre is an ideal location to launch our next Caffè Concerto and a brilliant opportunity for our brand to further flourish in the capital. Our sites appeal exceptionally well to our core visitors including shoppers, city workers and tourists and Covent Garden’s location is the perfect location.”

    Commenting on behalf of Longmartin Properties Ltd, Charles Owen, Property Director at Shaftesbury, added: “Due to the ambitious investment by Longmartin Properties, The Yards is now a revitalised London landmark with an exceptional all-round offering. Caffè Concerto’s new flagship café restaurant bolsters the destinations exciting day-to-night dining – and there is no doubt that it will be widely popular amongst Covent Garden’s visitors.”
