centre:mk has announced global health and wellbeing brands, Laser Clinics United Kingdom (UK) and Thérapie Clinic, will be joining the Milton Keynes destination., collectively taking 4,100 sq ft space.

The largest cosmetic clinic brand in the world, Laser Clinics UK is kick starting its rapid growth plans for the year ahead with its 1,656 sq ft clinic at centre:mk.  Located at 43 Silbury Arcade, the brand will offer its range of affordable, tailored treatments performed with medical-grade, industry-leading technology.

Europe’s number one provider of laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments, Thérapie Clinic, has also signed for a 2,449 sq ft unit at 30 Midsummer Arcade.

Kevin Duffy, centre:mk’s centre director, said: “Self-care and wellbeing are high up on everyone’s priorities, especially as we return to the norm after a challenging year. Both retailers add to our already strong offer of health and beauty brands available in H Beauty, and the extensive beauty halls within John Lewis & Partners, Boots and M&S.  centre:mk’s portfolio provides an unmatched collection of health and wellbeing brands in the region, directly responding to the significant growth in the self-care trend.”

Jonathan Gardner, from Laser Clinics United Kingdom, added: “This is an extremely exciting time for Laser Clinics as we are expanding across the UK in the very best locations. We take great care in selecting where we situate our clinics, and centre:mk’s significant regional appeal at the heart of one of the most affluent catchments in the country made it a priority.”

MMX Retail and CBRE are the retail leasing agents for centre:mk. Both Laser Clinics UK and Thérapie Clinic dealt direct.
