Grosvenor has announced the signing of the global beauty brand, Charlotte Tilbury, at Liverpool One for its first UK standalone store outside of London, as well as its first UK opening in six years.

Spanning 1,000sq ft within a prominent corner unit on Paradise Street at Liverpool One, the new ‘Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Wonderland’ will open in October. Charlotte’s Expert Retail Artists will give customers access to the make-up secrets of the red carpet, skincare services and industry-leading shade-matching and skin-analysis. The new store will also incorporate the ‘Beauty Boudoir’, a private space dedicated to private make-up consultations with tailored one-to-one appointments as well as group and private event bookings available.

Alison Clegg, director of Asset Management, Grosvenor, saidd: “Charlotte Tilbury’s selection of Liverpool One as their regional debut site is testament not only to the destination’s draw for international brands, but also our positioning at the forefront of retail trends, such as tech-led beauty. We’re proud to be welcoming the global beauty powerhouse to Liverpool ONE in October and are confident the brand will be a huge success as part of our diverse and experience-driven retail line up.”

The signing of Charlotte Tilbury at Liverpool One follows a series of 2022 announcements for the destination, including the recent openings of global designer retailer, Tessuti, footwear specialists, Russell & Bromley and Kick Game, as well as international clothing brand, Bershka, which is the third Inditex brand to join Liverpool One.

Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool One. Charlotte Tilbury dealt direct.
