LabTech has announced the signing of plant-based concept, Clean Kitchen, for its first-ever restaurant space at Buck Street Market, the UK’s first eco-conscious consumer market.

Clean Kitchen Camden will open as the brand’s first sit-down restaurant offering, after operating from six dark kitchens across London and the South of England as well as two outlets at Boxpark Wembley and Boxpark Shoreditch, delivering their mix of eco-friendly, vegan cuisine using only sustainable packaging.

Spanning two floors within Buck Street Market’s unique and colourful shipping containers, Clean Kitchen Camden is set to open to the public this June, with space for up to 42 dining covers upstairs and 12 downstairs.

Commenting on the signing, Dominic Sergeant, asset manager for LabTech, said: “Buck Street Market has been founded on the ethos of sustainability, which Clean Kitchen complements perfectly; from their plant-based food to their eco-friendly use of packaging and zero-waste strategy.”

Verity Bowditch, co-founder of Clean Kitchen, added: “We were very selective when choosing where to launch our debut restaurant, and with sustainability at the forefront of Clean Kitchen, Buck Street Market provides the perfect location within which to grow our brand.”

LabTech acted on behalf of Buck Street Market, Clean Kitchen dealt direct.
