During his time at Savills Group, Sandy played a key role in the smooth transition of the Victoria Centre to Savills’ Birmingham Office.

And new asset manager, Sukhy Kalsi, joins ESTAMA UK with eight years’ experience managing retail assets including her previous role at intu where she managed intu Milton Keynes to deliver a new £14m retail and leisure development project.

George Grimes, new head of property management at ESTAMA UK, said: “ESTAMA UK has a great property management team and portfolio under management, and I am thrilled to be able to join at such an interesting time for the business as they look to grow in 2022. I’m looking forward to bringing what I have learnt from my experience and previous roles to the team.”

Eoin Conway, managing director at ESTAMA UK adds: “We are delighted to welcome three new significant hires to the team at ESTAMA UK. Each of their individual experience working across impressive portfolios of retail properties will be invaluable to our growth plans for 2022 and beyond.
