Orchard Street Investment Management has secured a deal which will see Costa Coffee open a new drive-thru coffee shop at Snipe Retail Park in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.
Costa has agreed a new 15 year lease for the 1,800 sq ft (167 sq m) freestanding unit together with drive thru lane and external seating areas plus waiting bays.
Located to the east of Manchester at Junction 23, M60 motorway, Snipe Retail Park is home to a range of leading retailers including B&Q, Next, Dunelm, Currys PC World and Home Bargains.

This latest deal with Costa Coffee will complement the existing mix of tenants, introducing a new amenity for visitors and another major brand to the scheme.”
