Jocelyn Holmes joins the company as Leasing Executive

Capital & Regional,  owner manager of community shopping centres, has strengthened its leasing team with the appointment of Jocelyn Holmes.

Holmes joins the company as Leasing Executive, with over 14 years’ experience in the commercial property sector with roles at Queensberry as Senior Leasing Manager and as an Associate Director at GCW in the Shopping Centre Team.

In her new role, she will be responsible for implementing leasing campaigns at Capital & Regional’s shopping centre, the Mall Blackburn and will follow on the Mall Walthamstow.

Robert Hadfield, commercial director of Capital & Regional, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jocelyn to Capital & Regional at an exciting time for the company. Jocelyn brings to the role a wealth of experience and great track record of delivering leasing campaigns for some major urban developments. As we continue to innovate our leasing strategy in line with the structural changes that retail is facing, Jocelyn’s mixed-use expertise makes her an excellent addition to the team.”

Jocelyn Holmes, leasing executive, Capital & Regional said: “I’m thrilled to join the Capital & Regional leasing team and to be working for a company that places community at the heart of everything it does, not least its leasing strategy. I’m looking forward to bringing new retailers to the portfolio and strengthening existing commercial relationships to ensure the numerous needs of each local community are well-served.”
