Montreaux Developments completes acquisition of Cricklewood Central
London residential developer Montreaux has completed the purchase of the B&Q Cricklewood site at Broadway Retail Park, London NW2. The site extends over 6.8 acres and comprises 86,000 sq ft of retail warehousing. It is within a short walk of Cricklewood Station, just under 15 minutes to St Pancras, and the new owner plans to deliver a mixed-use scheme of over 1,000 new homes, commercial and retail space.
Levy Real Estate advised the purchaser and Matt Sharman said: “This was a rare opportunity to acquire a value-add site with such potential and with the benefit of excellent transport links to Central London.
