Cushman & Wakefield’s Central London Retail team has been appointed by The Crown Estate to lease The Quadrant Arcade, a retail-led mixed-use asset located between Regent Street and Air Street, London W1. The appointment is joint with CBRE.

The 10,500 sq ft site is a Grade II listed arcade which comprises of seven retail units ranging from 1,500- 3,000 sq ft in total over three levels – basement, ground and first floor.

Natalie Lintott, Partner, Central London Retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Boasting a charming mix of Regency glamour and modern taste, the stunning Quadrant Arcade will be one of London’s top beauty destinations. We are looking forward to working with The Crown Estate to deliver some of the sector’s most exciting brands, particularly those that are eschewing the status quo to bring about positive change and purpose, to help re-shape the beauty conversation for the future.”

The Arcade is to launch later in 2021.
