Discount retail chain, Dealz is set to open at Carrickmines Park in Dublin this month creating 40 jobs. Dealz will occupy the former Mothercare store, which adjoins Pet Stop and Sports Direct, and will extend to 10,000 sq ft, making it one of the largest in the retailer’s portfolio of over 2,500 stores across Europe.
Now part of the PEPCO group, Dealz was founded in the UK in 1990 and offers 1000s of top brands and quality own brand products and was nominated in 2019 by Retail Week for Value Discounter of the Year and also Private Label of the Year for their Pepandco brand.

The joint letting agents on behalf of IPUT Real Estate Dublin were Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Cushman and Wakefield acted on behalf of Dealz.
