Lendlease has announced a trio of fitness-focused signings at Elephant Park: Fight City Gym, MoreYoga, and Tempo Pliates

The new signings have agreed to take space within two new buildings, located between New Kent Road and Ash Avenue, which will also be home to Lendlease’s first collection of Build to Rent homes within the European market.

Combat training fitness specialists, Fight City Gym, have signed for a 5,459 sq ft space on New Kent Road, specialising in boxing, mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, Brazilian, Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo.

Yoga operators, MoreYoga, are set to open their 34th London studio, on New Lion Way just off New Kent Road in a unite comprising 1,329 sq ft, providing elite yoga instruction within an accessible environment.

And comprehensive reformer ‘pilates to music’ specialists, Tempo Pilates, have signed for a 2,498 sq ft space at Elephant Park’s Ash Avenue, adding a fourth unit to their existing sites in Hackney, Shoreditch and Covent Garden.

Guy Thomas, Head of Retail at Lendlease, commented: “The recent signing announcements for Fight City Gym, More Yoga and Tempo Pilates add to our offer for the local community and highlight our commitment to building a sustainable and balanced array of operators within Elephant Park.”
