Home Bargains And Kaspas added to the line up at Yate shopping centre
Ellandi has secured Home Bargains and Kaspas as the newest tenants at Yate Shopping Centre. Home Bargains signed a new 15-year lease on the 13,500-sq ft store at 21-27 South Walk. The Yate store is the sixth in Bristol for the retailer. Kaspas has opened at Unit R8 on Riverside adjacent to Cineworld. The desserts chain agreed a new 10-year lease on the 1,710 sq ft store.
Yate shopping centre is home to over 100 retailers including Tesco Extra, Marks and Spencer, The Entertainer, Loungers, Boots, Iceland, Next and TK Maxx. The scheme has experienced significant investment over the last few years, opening the Riverside retail and leisure scheme in 2015.
