Ellandi, the specialist retail and town centre asset manager, has announced the appointment of former COO, Alysoun Stewart to Chair of The Board.

Stewart joined Ellandi in January 2019 to take on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. She has worked with the Ellandi founders, Morgan Garfield and Mark Robinson, to develop the operating platform for the business and ensure that the company continues to deliver insight-driven asset management solutions. She recently handed over as COO to David Payling.

On her new role, Stewart commented: “The past three years have given us an opportunity to look at new and different ways of approaching what we do and how we do it, in response to seismic shifts in behaviours.

“Ellandi has answered those challenges and continued to innovate both in its external delivery and in its internal practices.

“I am very much looking forward to evolving my role in pursuing our vision and, ultimately ensuring that we continue to make a real difference to the places we manage and the people they serve.”

Mark Robinson, co-Founder of Ellandi said: “Aly’s new role and David’s appointment represent the next steps in the evolution from an owner managed business to professional platform with top class executives. 2022 is an exciting time for Ellandi and we are putting in place structures to allow the team to thrive.”
